Methods You will learn to better understand where your strengths and capacities as managers lie, and how to apply these for the benefit of your team and your company. An environmental analysis provides an overview of interests, resources and the boundaries of your working environment. This provides the basis for application of strategies and the shaping of work processes. The German language can play an important role in this process as a management tool, and training in German may be included in our service package. Alternative working languages are English and French. |

Seminars for international teams
• Perception A look at the skills present in a team reveals both differences and commonalities. You become aware of how values, norms and rules affect teamwork. You will discover synergies and stumble upon contradictions. |
• Understanding You will use models to understand cultural conditioning and to help achieve your goals. |
• Action You will experiment with various approaches to discussion, negotiation, teamwork and problem-solving. A new, common team culture will be defined, establishing a new set of values, norms and rules. |
• Reflection You will experience learning processes as a day-to-day challenge. You will ask questions, analyze, compare and assess. And, finally, you will reach a decision. |
You may now celebrate your success! |
Methods In structured discussions you will practice exchanging clear messages. In role-play situations you will be able to immediately sense and experience cultural differences. New approaches will emerge through the ideas and suggestions of all participants. This will result in a new, common team culture. |

Language training for managers
It is easier to manage international teams if members can communicate in several languages. When you make contact with team members in their own language, you help to open their hearts and minds, and ease the way through joint projects. With this in mind, we provide training in German as a foreign language with a particular focus on professional themes and strategies. Practice-oriented training allows new team members to quickly find their place in the team. Alternative working languages are English and French. |
